New Pipeline Adds Capacity for Ameren

Enable Mississippi River Transmission will abandon about 1.2 miles of existing Line A-145 and build about 1.57 miles of new 20-inch Castle Bluff Lateral, a new measurement and regulation station, and related facilities in Jefferson and St. Louis Counties, Missouri. The project will allow EMRT to provide up to 188,000 thousand standard cubic feet per day (Mscf/d) of transportation capacity, and Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri has contracted for 45,000 million British thermal units per day of incremental firm natural gas transportation service and park and loan service to its Castle Bluff Energy Center.

Public Comment and Intervention Deadline

You can file a protest, motion to intervene, or comment on this project at no cost by 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 2, 2026. If no protest is filed within the allowed time, or a protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the allowed time, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized the day after the time allowed for protest; only intervenors can request rehearing and later challenge Commission orders.
