Analyzed Economic Effects

3 provisions identified: 0 benefits, 3 costs, 0 mixed.

Estimated Annual Compliance Burden

The NRC estimates 20 annual responses (10 reporting responses plus 10 recordkeepers), 10 annual respondents, and 3,234 hours needed each year to comply with this information collection (OMB control number 3150-0055).

Continued Reporting and Inspections

Under 10 CFR part 75, selected licensees must keep reporting and access rules in place. You must provide reports of nuclear material inventory and flow, permit IAEA inspections and complementary access under the Additional Protocol, give immediate notice to the NRC for possible loss of nuclear material, and give notice for specified imports and exports.

Adds Caribbean Territories Licensees

The renewed collection is extended to include about 6 entities subject to the U.S.-IAEA Caribbean Territories Safeguards Agreement (INFCIRC/366). Those licensees must provide inventory and flow reports, permit IAEA inspections, give immediate notice of possible loss, give import/export notice, and follow written material accounting and control procedures.
