Wall Street Exchange Tweaks Fees, SEC Rubber Stamps

Published Date: 12/15/2025

Notice

Summary

Starting December 1, 2025, Cboe Exchange is updating the fees for its Silexx trading platform. Traders and firms using Silexx will see changes in how much they pay, aiming to keep things fair and clear. These updates affect all users of the platform and take effect immediately, so everyone should check the new fee schedule soon!

Analyzed Economic Effects

4 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 3 costs, 0 mixed.

Per-Login Monthly Fee Tiers

Starting December 1, 2025, Cboe Silexx charges a monthly fee of $399 per Login ID for Login IDs 1–16, $299 per Login ID for Login IDs 17–32, and $199 per Login ID for Login IDs 33 and above. If you or your firm use Silexx, those per-Login charges will apply under the published tiered schedule.

Data Management Fee Waiver Removed

The Exchange will remove the data management fee waiver and the data management charge of $20 per month per Login ID will apply again starting December 1, 2025. Users who previously had that waiver during the platform transition will be subject to the $20/month per Login ID charge going forward.

No Proration; One-Month Waiver Limited

The Exchange clarifies Cboe Silexx does not prorate monthly fees and that the one-month access fee waiver applies only to the calendar month in which a subscription begins, so a new user's waived period may be less than 30 days if they start mid-month. New users should note they may receive a shorter-than-30-day waiver and will not receive prorated billing.

Silexx FLEX Integrated Into Cboe Silexx

The Exchange removed all references to the Silexx FLEX platform because Silexx FLEX is no longer offered separately and its functionality is now part of the single Cboe Silexx platform. This aligns pricing and platform references so FLEX and non-FLEX trading are handled through Cboe Silexx.
