New FOCI OD/PH Questionnaire Burden
If you are an Outside Director/Proxy Holder (OD/PH) nominee or a nominating official for a company operating under Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) while performing U.S. Government contracts, you will be asked to complete the "FOCI Outside Director/Proxy Holder Nominee and Nominating Official Questionnaires" (OMB Control Number 0705-0005). The agency estimates 256 respondents will submit one response each, with an average burden of 45 minutes per response and a total annual burden of 192 hours; comments on the collection are requested by February 17, 2026.
