Online Form Reinstated with Burden
AHRQ will reinstate without change the Online Submission Form (OMB No. 0935-0231) for supplemental evidence for systematic reviews. The agency estimates up to 200 responses per year, 15 minutes (0.25 hours) per response, a total annual burden of 50 hours, and an annualized cost burden of $7,449. Comments on this notice are due by January 16, 2026.

AHRQ expects to open SEADS portals for up to 24 topics per year (historically 10–19) and does not anticipate more than 40 topics per year.
