Who May Request Repatriation
Requests to receive the human remains and associated funerary objects may be submitted by the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians, the Seminole Tribe of Florida, any listed lineal descendant, or any other tribe or Native Hawaiian organization that shows by a preponderance of the evidence it has cultural affiliation. How Competing Repatriation Requests Are Handled
