Depleted Uranium Registration Renewal
If your company receives, acquires, possesses, or uses depleted uranium, the NRC has submitted NRC Form 244 (Registration Certificate—Use of Depleted Uranium) to OMB for renewal as an Extension. The collection is required “on occasion” under 10 CFR 40.25; the NRC estimates 21 annual responses from 8.5 respondents and a total of 12.2 hours annually (8.5 reporting + 1.7 recordkeeping + 2.0 third-party disclosure). Comments on this submission are due by January 22, 2026.
