The Department of Defense plans to collect information from 72,000 individuals once a year to evaluate implementation of 82 Independent Review Commission recommendations. Each response takes about 37.5 minutes, for a total annual burden of 45,000 hours, and the surveys will cover four lines of effort: Accountability; Prevention; Climate and Culture; and Victim Care and Support.
