Continued Mandatory Paperwork for Grain Elevators
If you own or operate a grain elevator, you must continue to provide notifications, performance tests, periodic reports, and records under the New Source Performance Standards (40 CFR part 60, subpart DD). EPA estimates 254 respondents, a total burden of 584 hours per year, and a total annual paperwork cost of $80,000; the ICR is currently approved through December 31, 2025 and EPA is seeking comments by January 29, 2026.
