The award covers work from January 5, 2026 through September 29, 2026 to build tools and analyses states can use for placement decisions.
State-by-State Housing and Labor Analyses
The assessment will include state-by-state analyses of housing availability, labor market conditions, education systems, staffing, and state-specific labor force shortages and corresponding industries. The study will use standardized tools, structured interviews, and focus groups to gather this information.
