3 provisions identified: 1 benefits, 2 costs, 0 mixed.
Grant Recipients Must Keep Filing Quarterly Reports
Organizations that receive Susan Harwood training grants must continue to submit the Grantee Quarterly Progress Report (GQPR; OSHA 171). Reports are required at least annually but no more than quarterly and must include items such as organization name, grant number, training dates and locations, number of workers and employers trained, class length, descriptions of training, a narrative of activities, and evaluations.
Paperwork Burden Numbers Remain the Same
OSHA is asking OMB to keep the paperwork burden for the Susan Harwood Training Grant Program at the current level: Estimated Total Burden Hours 6,324, Number of Respondents 93, Responses 372, and Estimated Operation and Maintenance Cost $0. OSHA lists the Average Time per Response as "varies."
GrantSolutions Used to Speed Grant Processing
OSHA states that using the GrantSolutions system reduces the time the agency needs to process training grants. This change is presented as a continuing feature in the information collection request.
