OSHA is seeking to extend OMB approval for these information collections with the same estimated total burden of 49,160 hours across 115,829 respondents and 263,953 responses (OMB Control Number 1218-0233); estimated operation and maintenance cost is $0. Submit comments by March 2, 2026.
