Four Companies Added to SDN List
On December 31, 2025, OFAC added KRAPE MYRTLE CO LTD; CORNIOLA LIMITED; WINKY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED; and ARIES GLOBAL INVESTMENT LTD to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List for operating in Venezuela's oil sector under Executive Order 13850. All property and interests in property of these persons subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
Four Vessels Identified as Blocked Property
OFAC identified four vessels as property in which the blocked persons have an interest on December 31, 2025: NORD STAR (IMO 9323596), DELLA (IMO 9227479), VALIANT (IMO 9409247), and ROSALIND (a.k.a. LUNAR TIDE) (IMO 9277735). These vessels are treated as blocked property, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
