Scholarship requires DoD service

If you are selected for the Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC) scholarship, you agree to provide one year of Department of Defense (DoD) service for each year of DCTC program scholarship. The DoD will use the DD Form 3224 (DCTC Service Obligation Agreement) to document and track satisfaction or disposition of that service obligation.

DCTC student application time cost
