NYSE Arca Will Mirror FINRA CRD Fees
Starting January 2, 2026, NYSE Arca will amend its NYSE Arca Options Fee Schedule to mirror certain Central Registration Depository (CRD) fees adopted by FINRA as of January 2026. This change means the Exchange will list and apply the same CRD session, exam, and system processing fees that FINRA assesses.
Tiered CRD System Processing Fees for Non-FINRA OTPs
The Exchange will charge system processing fees to Non-FINRA Options Trading Permit (OTP) Holders per registered representative and principal on a tiered basis effective January 2, 2026: 1–5 regulators = $70; 6–20 = $95; 21–40 = $110; 41 or more = $125. These fees apply based on the number of securities regulators with which each registered person is registered (excluding investment adviser representative registration).
Continuing Education Session Fee Increase
The CRD session fee for the Continuing Education Regulatory Element will be set to $25 effective January 2, 2026; the filing notes the current listed fee is $18. This fee applies to users of the CRD system who complete the Regulatory Element continuing education.
Series 57 Exam Fee Raised
The CRD fee for the Series 57 qualification examination will be set to $105 effective January 2, 2026; the filing notes the current listed fee is $80. This fee applies to individuals taking the Series 57 exam through the CRD system.
