Tiered FINRA System Processing Fee
If you work for an MRX member firm but are not a FINRA member, the FINRA Annual System Processing Fee that appears on MRX's Pricing Schedule will change effective January 1, 2026. The fee is listed as $70 for registration with 1-5 securities regulators, $95 for 6-20, $110 for 21-40, and $125 for 41 or more regulators. The Exchange is only listing these FINRA fees and does not collect or retain the money.
Higher Continuing Education Fee
If you are required to complete FINRA continuing education and you work for an MRX member firm but are not a FINRA member, the Continuing Education Regulatory Element Session Fee listed on MRX's Pricing Schedule increases effective January 1, 2026 from $18 to $25. The Exchange will list this $25 fee but will not collect or retain it.
