Imports of Certain Vaporizing Devices Blocked

If you import or bring into the U.S. oil vaporizing devices, components of those devices, or products containing them that were made by or for the named respondents or their affiliates, those items are prohibited from entry under a Limited Exclusion Order issued January 20, 2026. The ban covers products manufactured by or on behalf of the respondents, their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, related business entities, successors, or assigns.

STIIIZY Ordered To Stop U.S. Sales

The Commission issued cease and desist orders against STIIIZY on January 20, 2026, requiring STIIIZY to stop specified infringing activities in the United States. If you are STIIIZY or do business with STIIIZY in the U.S., these orders require you to halt the covered sales or risk legal enforcement.

100% Import Bond During Presidential Review

The Commission set a bond equal to 100 percent of the infringing products' value for any importations of those products during the period of Presidential review. Importers of the covered infringing products must post this full-value bond during that review period.
