Compact Extended Through Dec 31, 2026
The Tribal-State Compact between California and the Picayune Rancheria of Chukchansi Indians is extended until December 31, 2026, and that extension took effect on January 26, 2026. This means the compact governing class III gaming remains in force through that date.
Off-Track Wagering Now Permitted
Appendix C was added to the compact to permit off-track wagering, and that change is effective January 26, 2026. If you place or operate off-track wagers related to the Tribe's class III gaming, the compact now explicitly allows that activity.
