Operators' Licenses Paperwork Burden

If you hold or apply for a facility operating license or are an individual operator licensee, the NRC has submitted a renewal of its mandatory information collection under 10 CFR part 55 that continues reporting and recordkeeping requirements. The NRC estimates 94 annual respondents, 444 annual responses, and a total of 171,299 hours of burden per year (149,618 reporting + 21,681 recordkeeping). Submit comments on the renewal by February 25, 2026.
