Equipment Threshold Raised to $10,000

For AmeriCorps MLK and 9/11 Day of Service grant applications, "equipment" is defined as acquisitions costing $10,000 or more per unit, increased from $5,000 per unit. This change will apply in future grant competitions after the current Application Instructions expire.
