Cboe Exchange is updating its Silexx platform fees starting December 1, 2025. They’re removing all fees and mentions of the Silexx FLEX platform, ending a special data fee waiver, and tweaking the first-month fee waiver rules for mid-month sign-ups. Data Management Fee Reinstated ($20/mo)
Starting December 1, 2025, the Exchange will remove the Silexx data management fee waiver. Users of Cboe Silexx will incur a data management charge of $20 per month per Login ID.
First-Month Waiver Now Calendar-Month Only
The Exchange clarified that the first-month fee waiver for Cboe Silexx applies only to the calendar month in which a subscription begins and Cboe Silexx will not prorate monthly billing. The fee waiver may therefore cover fewer than 30 days depending on the start date. The Exchange also states this removal of proration will prevent new users who subscribe mid-month from being assessed a full month's fee as they were previously in some cases.
Cboe Silexx Login ID Monthly Fees
The Exchange's Silexx fee schedule lists monthly access fees of $399 per Login ID for Login IDs 1–16, $299 per Login ID for Login IDs 17–32, and $199 per Login ID for Login IDs 33 and up.
Silexx FLEX References and Waiver Removed
The Exchange will remove all references to the Silexx FLEX platform from the Silexx fee schedule and will remove the Silexx FLEX fee waiver. Silexx FLEX is no longer offered as a separate product and its separate fee waiver will be eliminated.
