Competing and Joint Request Rules
If more than one party requests repatriation, Indiana University of Pennsylvania must determine the most appropriate requestor before repatriation. Requests submitted jointly are treated as a single request and are not considered competing requests.
How to Submit a Repatriation Request
Written requests for repatriation must be sent to Andrea Palmiotto at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, 441 North Walk, Indiana, PA 15705, or by email to the address provided in the notice. Repatriation to an accepted requester may occur on or after March 4, 2026.
