These meetings are open to everyone and happen in February and March 2026. Public Zoom meetings on Guam FAS report

You can join three public Zoom meetings about the Guam Advisory Committee's final report on Overrepresentation of FAS Members in the Criminal Justice System on Guam. The meetings happen February 6, 2026 (10:00–11:00 a.m. ChST / Feb 5, 7:00–8:00 p.m. ET), February 18, 2026 (9:00–10:00 a.m. ChST / Feb 17, 6:00–7:00 p.m. ET), and March 3, 2026 (10:00–11:00 a.m. ChST / Mar 2, 7:00–8:00 p.m. ET) and are open to the public via Zoom registration links provided in the notice.

Closed captioning and accommodations available

If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have certain cognitive or learning impairments, closed captioning will be available for these public meetings. To request additional accommodations you must email Liliana Schiller at least 10 business days prior to the meeting.

Phone call costs for wireless callers

If you join the meetings by phone using a wireless line, you may incur regular wireless charges according to your plan and the Commission will not refund those charges. Calling the listed toll-free number from a land line will incur no charge.

Written comments accepted within 30 days

You may submit written comments about the meeting; comments must be received within 30 days following each meeting and emailed to Kayla Fajota at the address provided in the notice. This gives the public a set period after the meeting to provide input in writing.
