No public comment for certain product reviews

Requests to add or amend standardized distinct competitive products are reviewed in summary proceedings and, pursuant to 39 CFR 3041.405(c)-(d), the Commission will not appoint a Public Representative or request public comment for those requests. If a Postal Service filing is for a standardized distinct product, stakeholders will not have the formal comment opportunity described for public proceedings.
