Published Date: 2/6/2026

Notice

Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce fixed some math and clerical mistakes in its early decision about certain chemicals (monomers and oligomers) imported from South Korea. This change confirms that these products were sold for less than their fair value during 2024, which could mean extra duties for Korean exporters. The update kicks in starting February 6, 2026, affecting companies like Arkema Inc. and others involved in this trade.

These amended margins are part of the amended preliminary determination published February 6, 2026.
