Antidumping Cash Deposit Rates Set

The table lists cash deposit rates of 84.95% for Beijing Refine/Chuzhou Refine, 84.95% for Hunan Nutramax, 84.95% for Shandong Newnature/Sanyuan, 84.86% for Baolingbao, and 184.26% for the China-wide entity; deposits would be required effective on the date the ITC publishes an affirmative final determination in the Federal Register.

Suspension of Liquidation Dates for Entries

Commerce instructed U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of entries of subject erythritol entered or withdrawn for consumption on or after July 16, 2025. Commerce instructed CBP to discontinue suspension of liquidation for entries on or after January 12, 2026, but to continue suspension for entries on or before January 11, 2026.
