Exchange fees tied to prior-month volume
If you trade on NYSE American, the exchange will base transaction tier calculations for the billing month on your trading activity in the prior month. The Fee Schedule also clarifies that monthly quoting credits, other monthly credits, and market data revenue calculations are measured "in the billing month." These changes take effect February 2, 2026, to conform with the amended Rule 610 of Regulation NMS so that fees and rebates can be determined at the time of execution.
