Jindal PET film duty percentages

If you imported polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film produced and exported by Jindal Poly Films, Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate those 2021 entries at 10.51% for January 1, 2021 through May 16, 2021, and at 11.67% for May 17, 2021 through December 31, 2021. These amended final results take effect February 10, 2026 and determine the countervailing duties owed on those entries.

No revision to Jindal cash deposit rate

Commerce stated it will not revise the cash deposit rate for Jindal Poly Films because a superseding cash deposit rate exists from a subsequent administrative review. Commerce will not issue revised cash deposit instructions to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
