How to Attend the March 11 Meeting
You can attend the Oak Ridge Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board meeting in person at the DOE Information Center, 1 Science.gov Way, Oak Ridge, TN, or join virtually on March 11, 2026 from 6-8 p.m. EST. To get virtual access information you must email [email protected] at least two days before the meeting.
Oral Public Comment Time Limits
Fifteen minutes in total are set aside for public comment at the March 11, 2026 meeting, and anyone making an oral comment will be given a minimum of two minutes to speak. This limits how long each person can address the Board during the meeting.
Written Comment Submission Deadlines
Written comments sent at least two working days before the March 11, 2026 meeting will be provided to Board members and included in the meeting minutes; written comments received within two working days after the meeting will also be included in the minutes. Disability Accommodations Require Notice
