MIAX is charging $9,000 per month to subscribe to its new One‑Minute Interval Intra‑Day Open‑Close Report (the "1‑Minute Report"). The 1‑Minute Report became available for purchase beginning February 2, 2026.
Historical 1‑Minute Data: $4,000/ad‑hoc month
MIAX will charge $4,000 per request per month for ad‑hoc purchases of historical 1‑Minute Report data covering all Exchange‑listed securities. Ad‑hoc requests may cover any number of months beginning with January 2013 for which the data is available.
Academic discount for historical 1‑Minute data
Qualifying academic purchasers can buy historical 1‑Minute Report data for $4,500 for the first year and $375 per month for additional months (prorated). To qualify the purchaser must be an accredited academic institution or faculty/staff using the data for independent academic research, teaching, or bona fide educational purposes, limited to faculty and students and excluding commercial use or research funded by a securities industry participant.
10‑Minute Report monthly price hike to $3,000
MIAX increased the monthly subscription fee for the Ten‑Minute Interval Intra‑Day Open‑Close Report from $2,000 to $3,000 per month. The Exchange states this change reflects growth and increased volume on the Exchange.
20% discount for large historical purchases ($20,000+)
An existing subscriber who makes a single purchase of End‑of‑Day and/or 10‑Minute Interval Intra‑Day historical ad‑hoc data totaling $20,000 or more will receive a 20% discount when purchasing the same category of historical data for which they have a monthly subscription.
Bundled access: buy 1‑Minute, get 10‑Minute/EOD free
Subscribers who purchase a 1‑Minute Interval Intra‑Day subscription may request the 10‑Minute Interval Intra‑Day and/or End‑of‑Day (EOD) subscriptions for no additional charge. Similarly, 10‑Minute subscribers may request an EOD subscription for no additional charge; ad‑hoc historical requests have equivalent no‑charge cross‑requests for the same date ranges.
