OVW Financial Capability Form Continues

If your non-governmental organization applies for Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) grants and has not had OVW funding in the last 3 years, you must complete the Financial Capability Form (OMB Control Number 1122-0030) used to assess your financial ability to administer federal funds under 2 CFR 200.206.

Estimated Time Burden for Applicants

OVW estimates about 40 non-governmental applicants will complete the online Financial Capability Form, taking approximately 4 hours each — a total annual burden of 160 hours for new applicants completing the form once.

Comment Window and PRA Renewal

You (or your agency) can submit comments about the Financial Capability Form through March 20, 2026; DOJ is requesting Office of Management and Budget approval to continue the collection for three (3) years.
