Free Online Zoom Attendance
You can join three public Zoom webinars at no cost on March 12, 2026 (11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET), March 19, 2026 (11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET), and April 1, 2026 (12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET) using the registration links provided in the notice.
Phone Participation May Incur Charges
You may join by phone at 1-833-435-1820 (toll free), but callers who use wireless lines may incur regular charges from their phone carrier; the Commission will not refund those charges. Calls from landlines to the toll-free number will incur no charge.
You Can Speak or Submit Written Comments
Members of the public may speak during an open comment period at the meetings and may submit written comments; written comments must be received in the regional office within 30 days following each meeting and may be emailed to the address provided.
Closed Captioning and Accommodations Available
Closed captioning is available during the Zoom meetings by selecting 'CC', and you can request additional accommodations by emailing the provided address at least 10 business days before the meeting.
