If you are a current or former federal employee or the spouse of one, the Office of Personnel Management is asking for public comments on the CSRS refund forms SF 2802 and SF 2802A. Comments are accepted until April 27, 2026. OPM reports SF 2802 is completed by 3,741 respondents at about 60 minutes each, SF 2802A by 3,389 respondents at about 15 minutes each, for a total estimated burden of 4,588 hours.
