If those disclosures are not provided, the loan may be indemnified or have the VA guaranty removed, and indemnification can apply for up to 5 years.

If you apply for a VA‑guaranteed cash‑out refinance loan, the VA is proposing changes to the loan comparison disclosure form that you will see and fill out.
