Summary

Missouri per‑ton emission fees set
Missouri updated its emission fees and a base fee that apply per ton of air pollution for calendar years 2025-2028 and beyond. The revised emissions fee section (subsection (3)(A)) is effective January 1, 2026 and is approved into Missouri’s Title V Operating Permits Program (but that subsection is not approved into the SIP).
1‑Bromopropane added to HAP list
Missouri added 1‑Bromopropane to its category 1 Hazardous Air Pollutant list in table 1 as part of the revisions the EPA approved. This listing is part of the state rule revision that the EPA is incorporating by reference.
State rule incorporated and federally enforceable
EPA incorporated Missouri rule 10 CSR 10-6.110 by reference into the SIP so the materials are federally enforceable under sections 110 and 113 of the Clean Air Act as of the rule's effective date. The EPA states this approval does not impose requirements beyond State law.
