14 Drivers Seek Interstate Exemptions

If FMCSA grants any of these exemptions, those individuals could operate CMVs across state lines and the notice states this could open new job opportunities without extra costs for the public.
Exemptions Issued for Two Years; Renewable
FMCSA issues medical exemptions for seizure-related disqualifications for a 2-year period to align with the maximum duration of a driver's medical certification, and exemptions may be renewed.
