Responses must be filed by 5:15 p.m. on April 1, 2026 (with comments on adequacy due by 5:15 p.m. on May 8, 2026), filings must be electronic through the Commission's EDIS system, and the public reporting burden is estimated to average 15 hours per response (OMB No. 3117-0016, expiration June 30, 2026).
