Deadline to Protest Filed Plats
If you disagree with any listed plat (T. 42 S., R. 20 E.; T. 40 S., R. 23 E.; T. 41 S., R. 23 E.), you must file a written notice of protest with the BLM Utah State Office that is received no later than April 2, 2026. If a timely protest is received, the official filing of the plat(s) will be stayed until the protest is resolved; a written statement of reasons must be filed within 30 days after the notice of protest is received.
