MUTCD Revision 1 Adopted
The Federal Highway Administration adopted Revision 1 of the 11th Edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), replacing the December 2023 edition with the December 2025 Revision 1. The changes take effect March 5, 2026 and make technical and editorial corrections to traffic signs and signals to promote uniformity and improve the safe, efficient use of public roads, bikeways, and private roads open to public travel.
