The notice estimates 25 Preliminary respondents at 50 hours each (1,250 annual hours) and 15 Final respondents at 100 hours each (1,500 annual hours), for a total of 40 respondents and 2,750 annual burden hours.
Information Needed To Get CWIFP Credit
The Corps will use the information from ENG Form 6176 and ENG Form 6177 to validate applicant and project eligibility, perform creditworthiness and feasibility assessments, evaluate projects against selection criteria, negotiate credit terms, and calculate budget authority to provide federal credit assistance under the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA). Respondents include corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, trusts, federal/state/local government entities, tribal governments, and state infrastructure finance authorities.
