New Cabinet Option Added to NY11-5

The Exchange is adding the same cabinet offering already available in NY11-4 into its future expansion area NY11-5. The filing (SR-GEMX-2026-09) was made on March 5, 2026 and NY11-5 is expected to open during the first quarter of 2026.

Five Cabinet Power Options Added

The Exchange will make five cabinet power options available in NY11-5: Phase 1 20 amp 240 volt; Phase 1 32 amp 240 volt; Phase 1 40 amp 240 volt; Phase 3 20 amp 415 volt; and Phase 3 32 amp 415 volt. The Exchange will file a proposal to establish fees for these NY11-5 power options.

PDUs and Switch-Monitored Add-On Offered

The Exchange proposes to offer Phase 1 and Phase 3 power distribution units (PDUs) and a Switch Monitored PDU Add On (which allows remote control of PDU sockets) in NY11-5, matching options currently in NY11-4. Customers may also provide their own PDUs as appropriate.

Fees for NY11-5 Services Will Be Filed (TBD)

The Exchange will file proposals to establish installation and ongoing monthly fees for the NY11-5 cabinet, power, and PDU services; the rule text marks certain NY11-5 fees as “TBD” and references an existing NY11-4 cabinet installation figure of $5,490 (with NY11-5 shown as /TBD).

Customers Can Pre-Order; No Fee Until Access

The Exchange will allow customers to place orders for NY11-5 colocation services immediately, and customers will not be fee liable for those services until they are granted access to their NY11-5 spaces for immediate use. The Exchange anticipates opening NY11-5 during the first quarter of 2026.
