FECA Forms Affect Claim Outcomes
If you are a federal employee filing a FECA claim, OWCP uses the listed forms (CA-7, CA-16, CA-17, CA-20, CA-1332, CA-1090, CA-1305, CA-1331/CA-1087, and OWCP-5s) plus medical evidence to decide eligibility and compute benefit rates.
