LHM DEV RIH LLC (the Purchaser) agreed to perform a response action and pay certain response costs for portions of parcels SS-87 and SS-88 at the Richardson Flat Tailings Site in Summit County, Utah. The settlement is between EPA, the Utah DEQ, and the Purchaser and covers only those specified parcels.
Settlement Not Admission of Liability
EPA, Utah DEQ, and the Purchaser state that the settlement was negotiated in good faith and that actions the Purchaser undertakes under the agreement do not constitute an admission of any liability. The clause is part of the proposed settlement for the Richardson Flat Tailings Site operable unit covering parcels SS-87 and SS-88.
