Constellation Energy Generation, LLC applied to renew and modify approvals to withdraw up to 73.200 million gallons per day (mgd) from the Susquehanna River (peak day) and to use up to 21.000 mgd consumptively; the Commission will consider this application at its June 4, 2026 meeting after the April 23, 2026 hearing. Municipal Authority Renewal and Diversion
The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Berlin applied to renew groundwater withdrawals of up to 0.220 mgd (Well 9) and 0.153 mgd (Well 10), request consumptive use up to 0.498 mgd (peak day), and request an out-of-basin diversion of up to 0.498 mgd (30-day average). The Commission will consider this application at its June 4, 2026 meeting following the April 23, 2026 hearing and the written comment deadline of May 4, 2026.
Food Processor Groundwater Application (NY)
Chobani, LLC applied for a groundwater withdrawal of up to 0.756 mgd (30-day average) from Well 4 at South Edmeston, Town of Columbus, Chenango County, New York. The application will be considered at the Commission's June 4, 2026 meeting after the April 23, 2026 hearing; written comments are due by May 4, 2026.
