Special & International Rates Unchanged
If you use Special Services or International Competitive postal products, your prices are not being changed by this filing. The Governors' Decision explicitly states no price changes are being made to Special Services or International Competitive products while the domestic Competitive price changes take effect April 26, 2026 through January 17, 2027.
