One-time $5,940 Cabinet Installation Fee
If you colocate equipment in the new NY11-5 Cabinet space, the Exchange charges a one-time installation fee of $5,940 for the Cabinet offering. There is no ongoing monthly fee for that Cabinet option, and the fee structure is effective on or about April 1, 2026.
New Power Circuit Installation and Monthly Rates
For NY11-5 Extension Area power circuits, installation fees are $3,600 for Phase 1 options and $4,560 for Phase 3 options. Ongoing monthly fees (effective on or about April 1, 2026) will be: Phase 1 20 amp 240V $2,640.00; Phase 1 32 amp 240V $4,224.00; Phase 1 40 amp 240V $5,280.00; Phase 3 20 amp 415V $7,906.58; and Phase 3 32 amp 415V $12,650.53.
PDU Installation Fees; $0 Monthly PDUs
For NY11-5 power distribution units (PDUs), the Exchange proposes installation fees of $4,100 for Phase 1 PDUs, $5,260 for Phase 3 PDUs, and $2,000 for a Switch Monitored PDU add-on. The Exchange proposes an ongoing monthly fee of $0 for these PDUs, effective on or about April 1, 2026.
Charges Start Only After Access
You will not be charged for NY11-5 colocation services until the Exchange provides you access to the space for immediate use. The Exchange anticipates providing access and charging customers on or about April 1, 2026.
