Nasdaq proposes an ongoing monthly fee of $0 for Extension Area PDUs in NY11-5, matching NY11-4 practice. Customers may still choose to provide their own PDUs instead of using Exchange-provided PDUs.
Access Timing and When Fees Begin
Nasdaq anticipates providing access to NY11-5 offerings on or about April 1, 2026, and customers will not be charged until they are provided access for immediate use. Charging begins only once customers can set up equipment and begin using power.
Uniform Availability and Optionality
Nasdaq states the NY11-5 Cabinet, power circuit, and PDU fees will be available and assessed uniformly to all market participants, and customers may choose whether to colocate and may provide their own PDUs. The Exchange describes these offerings as optional.
