FAA Airman Test Registration Renewal
The FAA is renewing approval to collect personal information when you register for an Airman Knowledge Test needed to get an FAA pilot certificate or rating. The agency will collect name, FAA Tracking Number (FTN), physical address, date of birth, email, photo ID and photo, phone number, test authorization credentials, and previous number of test attempts from about 290,000 respondents each year; the agency estimates the average burden is 2 minutes per response (total 9,666 hours annually).
