International Mail Contract Changes

If you use international competitive Postal Service products (International Priority Airmail, Commercial ePacket, Priority Mail Express International, or Priority Mail International), the Postal Service filed modification requests (Docket Nos. CP2024-291, CP2024-304, K2025-1295) accepted April 8, 2026 that may change contract terms, prices, or service options. You can submit comments on those requests through the Postal Regulatory Commission website by April 16, 2026.

New Fulfillment Postal Product

The Postal Service requested adding a new Fulfillment standardized distinct product called PM-GA Contract 951 (Dockets MC2026-195 and K2026-195), with the filing accepted April 8, 2026. Requests to add or amend standardized distinct products are reviewed in summary proceedings and the Commission will not appoint a Public Representative or seek public comment on these filings.
