Complimentary Services Extended One Year
If your company is listed on the Long-Term Stock Exchange (LTSE), certain complimentary products and services that previously lasted four years will now last five years. This extension gives currently and newly listed Companies one more year to use those offerings at no extra charge.
Change Is Effective Immediately
The Exchange filed the rule change on April 2, 2026, and the SEC waived the normal 30-day delay so the amendment became operative upon filing. Companies listed on LTSE can start receiving the extended five-year duration of these complimentary services right away.
Participation Remains Voluntary; No New Fees
The rule change does not add new products, change eligibility, or create fees; Companies remain free to elect or stop receiving the complimentary products and services at any time. Receipt of the services is not a condition of listing or continued listing on LTSE.
